What we collect

We collect only what you type into the inquiry form on this site: your name, phone number, and optionally an email address, your customer type, city, state, what you are growing, the quantity you need, and any message you add. The form also records which page you sent it from and the time of submission.

We do not ask for payment details, and there is no account or login on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry about our products. Your phone number is the way we reply — usually on WhatsApp or by call. We do not use these details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them.

How your inquiry is handled

Inquiries are received by the website and passed to a spreadsheet that our team reads, so we can follow up. Credentials for that spreadsheet are held only on the server and are never sent to your browser.

If your inquiry cannot be saved for any reason, the form says so plainly and offers to continue the conversation on WhatsApp instead. You will never be shown a confirmation for a request that did not reach us, and nothing is silently discarded.

WhatsApp

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp’s own service and is governed by their privacy terms as well as this page. We see the phone number you message from and whatever you send us.

Google Sheets

The details from your inquiry are stored in Google Sheets and are subject to Google’s processing terms. Access is limited to people at Krisha Organic who handle inquiries. Google Sheets is the only external system we use for this; there is no CRM, no analytics profile and no advertising platform involved.

How long we keep it

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say what is measured before it goes live.
